갭에서 주문한 뒤 바로 취소요청해서 주문내역에서 모두 캔슬된거 확인했어요.
얼마전에 아마존에서 구매한 기프트카드도 같이 사용했는데
기프트카드에 잔액이 돌아오지 않고
얼마뒤에 주문하지도 않은 주문번호랑 트랭킹번호 두개를 보내주더라고요.
처음 온 메일은
Since your order was cancelled, there was no charge on the Master card. But, as the remaining balance of your order was purchased using a gift card, we issued the remainder of the refund in the form of Options gift cards. The replacement gift cards are being sent in a new orders, #TFQ15C0, for the amount of $5.90 and #TFQ1401, for amount of $44.10. Please allow 3-5 business days for receipt of this orders.
이고요 제가 주문하지도 않은 주문번호랑 트래킹번호를 왜주냐고메일 보냈더니

라고 오네요. 무슨말인지 전혀 모르겠네요. ㅠㅠ 저 트래킹번호에 대한 주문도 투패 배송대행신청에 신청해 놔야하는건가요?
