구매한 제품이 removed item 이라고 뜨면서 클릭도 안되네요.판매자의 모든 제품이 지워진 상태라서 사기인거 같아 help에서 케이스 오픈을 했더니 이베이에서 이렇게 메세지가 왔고 밑에 글처럼 셀러에게 답장이 왔어요

Hello, My ebay account has been suspended for no reason, the product is not a scam, your item is being processed. I still ship the item you have ordered to your address. When you receive the goods, you can pay me back. For now, if you open a refund request, ebay will process your refund. Thanks"

셀러는 환불요청을 열어도 된다는데 purchases에서는 클릭도 안되고 환불요청은 어떻게 여는건가요?
그냥 2월25일까지 기다렸다가 이베이에서 다른 메세지가 오길 기다려 보면 되나요?

셀러가 응답한 경우 어떻게 처리될지는 잘 모르겠네요.
저는 보통 답변없어서 step in 요청하고 환불로 종결된 경우가 대부분이여서요..
