저번달에도 비슷한 글을 작성했었는데 ... 다시 한번 작성해 봅니다.
작년 11월에 구매하여 12월에 수령하고 정상작동이 안되서 아마존에 문의 하여 반품하기로 이야기가 되었습니다.
아마존에 문의하고 반품 확정될때 까지 대략 3달가량 걸렸구요 ...
아무튼 반품 라벨 받고 박스에 반품 라벨 붙이고 박스 내부에도 반품 라벨 한장 프린팅해서 넣어서 DHL을 통해 3월에 발송했습니다.
DHL 조회를 해보면 배송이 완료 되었다고 합니다.
1. 배송처에서 받은 배달증명서
2. DHL 에서 제게 보낸 배달 완료 메일
3, 트래킹넘버로 DHL에서 조회하면 나오는 화면
위 자료를 바탕으로 아마존에 반품을 완료를 했다고 수차례 문의하고 메일을 보냈습니다.
하지만 돌아오는 답변은 매번 똑같습니다. 횟수만 5차례는 되는거 같습니다.
아마존에 채팅으로 문의를 하면 확인했다 영업일 2~3일만 기다려라 환불해주겠다.. 담당부서에 전달했다....
그리고 몇일 후에 메일이 옵니다.
증거자료를 보내라 .....
메일 원문 올립니다.
1. 처음으로 증거자료를 E-mail 로 회신 해달라고 하는 요청 (5월 20일)
메일 확인후 위 스샷과 PDF 파일을 첨부하여 아마존에 회신했지만 그 후에 아무런 조치도 피드백도 없었습니다.

아마존에서 다시 채팅으로 문의를 했지만 돌아오는 답변은 똑같이 담당부서에 전달했으니 영업일 기준 2~3일 기다려라...
그 후에 또 이메일이 옵니다.
2. 2번째로 또 반품했다는 증거를 제출하라고 요청하는 메일

또 다시 위 PDF 파일과 트래킹 넘버 와 스샷을 보냈지만 또 연락이 없습니다.
몇번을 반복하고 ...
아마존에 문의를 하고 똑같은 답변을 듣고 또 똑같이 메일을 받았습니다.
