3월 9일날 CORSA EVO SL 타이어를 주문해서 3월 중순이 좀 넘어서 수령한거 같습니다.
CX타이어가 도착을 해서 내가 주문한건 SL인데 CX가 왔다라고 글과 함께 사이트 캡춰한 사진을 남겼는데
확인해보겠다고만 답변이 왔고 다시한번 문의햇는데도 또 같은 소리더군요
내용을 보자면 프바킷 해당 상품 페이지에 타이틀은 SL타이어라고 써놓고 사진 디테일을 누루면
CX타이어 사진이 나오고 주문내역도 CX로 나왔던 거였죠.
어렵게 구글에서 차이가 머가 있는지 확인하고 SL을 골라서 3개나 구매했는데 미안하다는 설명도 없고
그냥 확인해보겠다고 하고 나중엔 CX로 상품 이름을 바꾸더군요. 그리곤 세번째 까지 물어봐도 계속
모르쇠로 일관 하기에
"상품 설명 페이지도 수정해놓고 니네들이 잘못한것도 다 알고 있으면서 사과도 안하고 앵무새처럼 똑같은 말만 짓거릴꺼냐? 내가 니네한테 구매한게 얼만데 이딴식으로 하면 나도 한국 싸이클 모든 포럼에 사실을 올리고 불매하라고 하겠다"
라고 했더니
"그럼 25% 깍아줄께"라고 하는군요..
멍멍이 같은것들 상대하기도 귀찮고 그렇게 해달라고 했더니 $133.62 중 25% $33.41 돌려줬네요
에너지바 유통기한 2달 남은거 와도 그냥 냅두고 암소리도 안했는데
사과는 죽어도 안하는군요.. -_- !@#$#@%$#^$%&@^&$@%!@$
이제 다른데 알아봐야겠습니다. 프바킷.......

I have a problem with my order
Item received is not as expected
Item does not match description on the website
Customer info:
I ordered 'Vittoria Corsa EVO SL' tubluar tire 3EA on Mar 9,2016, and the name on page is Corsa EVO SL.
However, I got 3EA of Corsa SC tires. also, my order history shows it is Corsa SC. I order the tire becuase it is EVO SL tires. I want to get SL tire instead of SC.

I am really unsatisfied with your customer service. I knew about your poor reputation about customer service. However, I have been using Probikekit with loyalty. You can check on my order history.
I sent you a screen shot show that your item page was named as Corsa SL tires. I checked it changed into Corsa CX now. If you want to ignore about this issue, and decided just repeat over and over like as a parrot. I would upload every online cycling forum in Korea, and not to recommend Probikekit anymore.
Once again, I ordered 3EA x Corsa SL tires because item page was show that it is Corsa SL tires.
However, 3EA x Corsa CX tires were arrived. I want Corsa SL tires otherwise I would like to return those tires.
I hope this is my last message about this issue.

I know my order history show that it is SC tires, but on item page title was EVO SL. After I claimed on customer service. It changed into Corsa SC tire. I captured item page... And I do not know why you guy keep saying same thing over and over. Anyway, if you offer is still possible, I would take 25% refund.
It is really piss me off.
