알리에서 물건을 하나 삿는데...배송이 잘못돼 일본으로 배송됐고 완료됐습니다.
고로 현재 제가 받은 물건은 없는 상태지요..
판매자는 물건 잘못배송된거 이해?한다면서
분쟁을 미수령으루 하지말고 내가 물건을 받았는데 리턴한걸루 하면(실제로 물건은 오가지 않을것이라하며) 환불처리 해주겠다는데..
요방법이 찝찝해서 전액환불 사유 물건 오배송(미배송)으로 분쟁 열어놓은 상태인데..위와같은 메세지가 또 왔네요.
미배송(오배송)일경우 자기들 손해가 크다며 위 언급한 방법으로 분쟁을 열어달라하는데..
해주면 안돼겠죠?
알리에 직접 문의하여 처리할 수있는 방법은 없나요?
