Thank you for the order. It appears the credit card used to place the order is registered abroad. In order to process credit card charges with an issuing bank outside of the US, we require further verification. Two options exist:
1.) We have already captured a verification payment of less than $10. Email us to confirm the amount captured in $USD, and we will process your order for immediate shipment.
2.) We can accept a verified PayPal payment for immediate shipment.
