mysql 재시작을 하라고 하는데 검색후 나온 방법
net restart mysql 이 오류가 떠서 그냥 컴퓨터를 재부팅 했습니다-_-; 이렇게 하면 안되는 것일 까요?
한글입력하고 웹페이지에서 출력하면 자꾸 ??? 가 뜨네요.
데이터베이스에 직접 확인해보아도 ??가 뜨고요.
