게임 실행이 안 돼서 환불신청하려는데 에픽게임즈는 환불됐는데
락스타는 환불이 안 되네요ㅜ 환불 방법대로 대쉬보드?에 이메일 주소, 구입 번호, 날짜 남기고 give me a refund 이라고 썼는데

계속 이렇게만 답변하네요... 이메일 계정 본인 확인 위해 이메일로 연락달라는것같은데 락스타 서포트 이메일로 답장쓰면 발신불가메일이라고 하고... 혹시 락스타에서 환불 받으신분 있나요?
