fma 와 메일 몇통 주고 받고 하다가 fma 지원팀에서 해결방법을 알려 주어서 하란대로 해봤더니 이제 적립 잘 됩니다.
적립 안되는 문제 때문에 3100점 적립한거 마지막으로 바꾸고 안하려다가 혹시나 해서 메일 보내 봤는데 해결방법을 알려 주네요.
적립 잘 안되시는분들도 한번 메일 보내 보세요 해당 기기와의 고유적인 코드를 알려주기 때문에 해결하기 위해선 각자 따로

We have identified the reason you are currently not receiving credits and are providing a solution in this email to help you receive future credits.
Please keep in mind that we are still working on solving your issue with missing credits for the past few weeks and this solution will still take us one to two weeks to solve.
However, in the meantime you will be able to continue earning credits as usual and should receive credits for any apps you downloaded in the last 48 hours!
In order to do this we need you to follow all of the instructions listed below on your mobile device:
---- STEP 1: Clear your cookies and data for Safari.
IMPORTANT: If you have recently changed devices, please spend those credits first because clearing your cookies will delete your credits. If you have not changed devices you will not lose your credits!
---- STEP 2: Install our FreeMyApps developed application, Color Click, and open the app on your device. Here is the link to the application: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/color-click/id641154709?mt=8
If you already have this app on your device, you can skip this step.
---- STEP 3: Return to your email and click here: aso641154709://fma?uuid=f1e42e10-7042-0130
Clicking on this link will re-launch Color Click for you. DO NOT share this link with other devices, because it is specific to your device only and sharing it will cause you to not earn credits in the future!
If the hyperlink doesn't work in your email you can copy and paste the links into your Safari Browser.

If you find yourself unable to earn credits again in the future, after waiting 24 hours, you can repeat these steps. Please keep in mind that Color Click must be installed on your device to redo these steps.
One reason you may be having trouble earning credits is that you are manually resetting your Advertising Identifier. When you re-enroll you will be starting your account from 0 because each new device is a new account.
