We have identified the reason you are currently not receiving credits and are providing a solution in this email to help you receive future credits.

Please keep in mind that we are still working on solving your issue with missing credits for the past few weeks and this solution will still take us one to two weeks to solve.

However, in the meantime you will be able to continue earning credits as usual and should receive credits for any apps you downloaded in the last 48 hours!

In order to do this we need you to follow all of the instructions listed below on your mobile device:

---- STEP 1: Clear your cookies and data for Safari.
IMPORTANT: If you have recently changed devices, please spend those credits first because clearing your cookies will delete your credits. If you have not changed devices you will not lose your credits!

---- STEP 2: Install our FreeMyApps developed application, Color Click, and open the app on your device. Here is the link to the application: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/color-click/id641154709?mt=8

If you already have this app on your device, you can skip this step.
