Bose NC700 회색 제품 중에 사진 처럼 노란색으로 탈색증상이 있으면,

서비스센터에 연락해서 무상 교체 받으세요. 워런티 지나도 교체해줍니다.

해외에서 구입한 제품도 영수중 있으면 교체해준다고 하네요.

Warranty Exception for "Silver headband has discolored or turned yellow". If the color of the headset is Silver, follow the "Silver headband has discolored or turned yellow" warranty exception. If the headset is not Silver, then determine the Warranty or Rapid Response status and offer the appropriate Service Option.
