일전에 알리익스프레스에서 샤오미 미8 126기가 307달러에 특가가 나와서 주문을 했습니다.
그 제품에 대해서 9월 25일 판매자가 배송을 보냈고 송장번호도 받았는데요.

계속 배송정보가 업데이트가 되지 않아 어제 물어봤는데 오늘 답변으로 알리익스프레스 창고에서 물건이 분실되었다고 하네요.
그러면서 전액 환불해줄테니 진행을 해달라고 합니다.
일단 저는 특가로 산거고 악세사리도 다 주문해서 환불 대신 핸드폰을 받고 싶다고 했습니다.
아직 대답이 오기 전인데 이럴경우에는 환불밖에 방법이 없는건가요???
디스풋 내용을 봐도 물건을 못받았으면 환불, 물건을 돌려보내고 환불 이렇게 두개밖에 없어서 어떻게 처리를 해야 할지 모르겠네요..ㅠㅠ
환불 진행 해야 하나요??ㅠ
