안녕하세요.. 얼마전 알리발 D900p 을 구입해서 몇일전 받았습니다.
하지만 해당 제품이 충전이 되지 않아서 알리에 연락을 하게 되었습니다.
그랬더니 알리판매자가 10불을 더 내야지 된다고 하더라고요.. 불량에 대해서 제가 왜 돈을 내는지 모르겠다고 하니 이렇게 답변이 왔습니다..
내용 전문을 올리겠습니다.. 저는 영어가 약해서 구글 번역을 했습니다.
노란색 부분은 제가 적은 것이고 다른 곳은 판매자입니다..
앞으로 제가 어찌 해야될지 조언을 부탁드립니다.
저는 d900p가 정상 제품이 와서 잘 사용하고 싶습니다...
하지만 충전이 되지 않는다면 사용할수가 없으니 환불이라도 받아야 될듯하고요... 판매자가 교환해줬으면 좋겠는데..
교환하려면 10불을 더 내라고 원래 29불 인데 저는 저렴하게 사서 판매자가 손해가 많으니 돈을 제가 부담하라는 글 같습니다..
오픈 디스퓻 ? 진행한다면 어찌해야되는건지요 ?
이런 일이 처음이라 좀 고민됩니다.

Yes that's right.
1. The LED in the charging case does not come on.
2. If you connect the power to the charging case, the case becomes hot.
3. Earphones do not charge at all. (When the plug is attached to the case and the power button is pressed, there is no charging signal in the earphone)

generally our D900P price is 29.99usd
and you get a big discount sale price as 19.8usd. and each time we ship to your country, we have to pay 5usd ship cost to the ship company
and even for the charger case product cost, it about 14usd. our company loss much too
