초기불량인거 같은데 시간이 많이 지나서 베바쪽에서는 환불이 불가능해서 니토쪽에 문의 했습니다.
처음에 부품보내달라고 햇더니 불가하고 지금 한국이니 한국부터 사용가능한 리턴라벨 달라고 하니 불가해서
미국내에서 사용가능한 리턴라벨 달라고 했더니 저렇게 답변 줬네요.
니토에서 답변받은 내용입니다.
That will work. Would it be possible to get the below information. The shipping address would need to be a friend/family address that is in the US. This is where your robot will be sent once it's repaired/replaced.

Once I get all the information I'll escalate it to the approvals team and they tend to approve it in 24-48 hours.
이제 어떤식으로 처리해야 하는지 궁금하네요.. 이런건 처음이라 한국에서 미국보내는것 부터 니토쪽에 어떻게 정보를 줘야 하는건지..
