Standard: This is where you would mail in you product and once we receive the product we mail you the new product. This process could take up to a 12 business days.
Advanced: This is where we would put a charge hold on your credit/debit card for the value of the product, and we will refund you the full amount once you ship us the defective product. This process could take up to a 3 business days.
