일단 UPS분쟁 신청한게 이렇게 답변이 왔습니다
여러 사례들을 찾압 봤는대 대부분 배송이 완료 됐다 다시 확인해라 라는식으로 답변하던대 제껀 판매자랑 이야기 하라고 나오내요
문제는 판매자에 라이브 챗 걸어봤더니 아직도 자체 조사중이라고만하고 딱히 답변이 없는 상황입니다.
위에 메세지 처럼 답변을 받으면 환불받을수 있는건가요??
