도무지 해결이 안되네요 ㅠ

더모아로 아마존 밸런스 충전해서 사용중이었는데 계정이 묶였습니다....

상황 설명을 자세히 하자면..

저는 제 계정에서 기프트 밸런스 리로드를 제 카드로 충전하고

여친은 여친 계정에서 기프트 카드를 여친 카드로 구매해서 저에게 보냈습니다.

저는 여친에게 받은 기프트 카드를 밸런스에 충전해서 같이 사용했습니다.

사용한 기간은 1년정도 되고, 몰테일을 이용했고, 별 문제없이 사용했습니다.

블프때 한번 전동칫솔이 배송되지 않아 채팅상담을 통해 아마존에서 재배송 해준적 있습니다.

아마존 프라임은 트라이얼만 써보고 해지했습니다.

1/19일 저녁 6시에 계정이 일시적으로 홀드됐다는 알림을 받았고 접속해보니 어떤 양식이 뜨더라구요. 그리고 이런 메일이 왔습니다.

We have closed your account, canceled all outstanding orders, and voided your current Amazon.com Gift Card balance.

We took these actions because you were using Amazon.com Gift Cards in violation of our Terms and Conditions. 

We cannot reissue the Gift Cards or provide a refund. 

그 양식에 카드번호 뒷자리가 보이는 billing statement 를 제출하라고 해서 신한카드 영문확인서를 제출했는데 모바일 캡쳐가 좀 이상하게 된 사진이 갔습니다.

그래도 내용은 전부 명확히 보였는데 이런메일이 왔어요.

Thank you for your response. Your account is currently under review by the department in charge. 

We will be reaching out to you via email in the next 24 to 48 business hours.
We ask you not to open new accounts because any new orders that you place may be canceled. 

그러고는 1/20일 오전에 이렇게 왔고 

Thank you for writing back regarding your Amazon.com Gift Card activity.  

We sent an email on 1/19/2023 informing you that your Gift Card usage is in violation of Amazon.com Gift Card Terms and Conditions and we closed your account.
After careful consideration, we have confirmed the original decision was correct and we are unable to address this situation any further.

그 후로 아무 연락이 없습니다.

이후로는 

채팅상담을 하면 상담자가 billing adress, name, phone number 묻고는 계정전문가에게 전달했고 48시간내로 연락을 준다고하지만 연락 절대 안오구요

전화상담을 해도 상담자가 billing adress, name, phone number 묻고는 계정전문가에게 전달했고 24시간내로 연락을 준다고하지만 연락 절대 안오구요

영어 스피킹을 못해서 전화상담은 전화대행을 부탁해서 비용치르고 진행했습니다.

여기에 메일보내면 어떤메일에 대한 답장인지 모르겠는데 접수됐다면서

이렇게 답장오고 추가로

라고 이메일이 옵니다.

그리고는 이제는 또

이런 메일도 옵니다... Closed가 아니고 Hold래요....

심지어 채팅상담으로 물어봐도 Closed 아니고Temporarily hold 랍니다.

채팅상담하면서 그쪽에서 알려준 계정전문팀 메일 "ofm@amazon.com" 로 연락해도 마찬가지 회신이 없습니다.

서류제출 딱 한번에 바로 회신이 뚝 끊겼는데 이거 대체 어떻게 해야하나요...
