얼마전 무료 반품인 5700x3d를 구매했는데
제가 하는 게임은 5700x3d의 적층된 v cache가 무쓸모라는 이야기가 있고
지금 쓰는 cpu(5700x)보다 클럭이 낮아져서 다운그레이드라해서
그래서 반품 신청하니 이렇게 메일이 오네요

제가 봤던 포스트에는 반품 신청을 하면 반품 라벨이 생성되고
반품 라벨을 출력해서 제품이랑 수거하는 택배사에 넘기면 끝난다는데
여기 메일로 봐서는 제가 택배사 찾아가서 반품 시키고 택배비도 지불하라는 말로 해석되는데
이런 경우는 어떻게 대처해야하나요?
